School, church, business and other groups can give their time to Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care in a variety of ways. Activities include:
- Preparing large mailings.
- Organizing supplies and items to get ready for upcoming events.
- Helping at special events.
- Making a meal for families at Kansas City Hospice House.
- Baking snacks to send for families attending Camp Carousel.
- Collecting items and creating goodie bags for Camp Carousel participants.
- Sorting items for recycling at Kansas City Hospice House.
- Creating hearts to hang on patients' doors at Kansas City Hospice House.

Activities are short term with fixed time commitments that you can make
sure fit with your group’s schedule. For more information, fill out our interest form online, or call 816-276-2640. Groups also can have a fundraising event of any size and donate the proceeds to Kansas City
Hospice & Palliative Care. There are many fun and creative ways for your group to raise
money, such as bake sales, sporting events, dinner parties or wine tastings to name a
